Nashville is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Nashville is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Tennessee's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Hankook offered a rebate on the purchase of four new tires. After submitting the rebait information online and waiting four months to have them tell me that the company was owned by a different company now and they were no longer honoring the rebait any more. Customer service was absolutely no help whatsoever. Save your money and don’t purchase from this company.

Terrible Tire! Terrible customer service! No warranty. Bought a brand new Honda HRV, within 14,000 miles, less then 1 yr, tires were wearing unevenly, cupping, feathering i believe it is called. Because of this I had a constant an uneven thumping sound. I had my tires rotated at the correct intervals at Honda dealership but still they would not warranty these tire. When I called the customer service in Tennessee they were so rude terrible customer service. Can you buy a new car you expect the tires to last at least 50,000. Honda is working with me now maybe they'll help me. If you buy any car check the tires if they are Hankook, demand different tires, you will be glad you did.

Have been using R-S4’s for a few years now. Love the combination of grip and wear, very tough to beat. Are there grippier tires in the “200” range - for sure. Can I get through a 16 hour endurance race with those - nope. For the 1-2 seconds a lap we give up using the R-S4’s but being able to just swap front / rear and check brakes Saturday night… well worth it. 100% recommended

If I could give Hankook tires 0 star, I would give them 0 star because of terrible customer service. I highly recommend everyone not to buy hankook tires. Waste of money! No mileage warranty on OE tires. I drove less than 29k miles. All tires worn out even though they said they guarantee 70k miles. They rejected the warranty saying, "there is no warranty on OE tires." I highly recommend you all to buy "Michelin tires."

Worst service ever. We just got our car less than a year ago and the tires were cracking on the sides inside and out. We contacted Hankook and were asked to send pictures via email. They then advised us to return to place of sale where they wanted to charge us $600 to replace our tires. They have a defect on the sides inside and out so why should we have to pay for tires that are defective. They also said if we paid the tires would come with no further warranty. So basically what was the point of the manufacturer warranty when we have to pay for the defects in your product.
